KOFROŇOVÁ, Iva
The development of basic competencies of specialized high schools' graduates with economical specialization after starting their practice is reliant on competencies that are given to the graduates at school. This bachelor thesis is occupying the theme of how the key professional competencies declared by a specific high school agree with what the students think they should know and have knowledge of when they are starting their praxis. These days, there is given major importance in preparing the students for their future carrier. That is an important parameter of how the high school is successful and basic information for parents when they are picking high school for their children. Because of that, I compared the opinions of students with not only competences given in specific educational programs, but also with information from experienced accountants and tax consultants from praxes, which were asked the same questions. As a fundamental research method was used qualitative research, that enabled us to gain data from respondents and use them for comparison. A very pleasing discovery was that competition both professional and key, that the graduates mention the most were as well important for colleagues from praxis and as well as mention in school educational programs.
